I sure as hell can't.
I sure as hell can't.
Um... Life, I guess. (Or death, depending on your preferences...)

Yourself. That's a pretty obvious answer though. What happens in your life, or more specifically, how you derive meaning from expriences in your life is entirely up to you. And if you really can find these meanings, that's one guaranteed good thing.
For me though, love is also a guarantee in addition. I consider myself pretty lucky having both of these.
Because I'm somewhere in between,
My love and my agony.
As long as man lives. There will be men that struggle, fighting the good fight.
God...gawwwwwddddddd........*lashes into a tongue-spewing frenzy*
(and no, im not kidding....i really do think God is the one good thing, rather, the only good thing guaranteed in life)

i laughed really hard at odbayarb2000's 'Mother' but i would like to clarify it first...you are refering to the drink right?
anyways...i think it was already said but death is guaranteed...think about it...no matter how badly you stuff up in life, when your dead no one can touch you...unless you belive in heaven and hell or reincarnation...then tough luck for you.
Currently in love with Bae Suzy...for superficial reasons.
there is only two things which are guaranteed in life:
1. you grow older
2. you die
depending on your perspective, both can be good, right?
Desire - I'm not sure if it qualifies exactly as a good thing, but in life, all of us experience desire for something or someone.
Everybody and anybody who wronged you will die someday.
Nothing in life is guaranteed except death. Death is guaranteed to come sooner or later in one way or another whether you like it or not.

quite a number of people mentioned death, though death means nothing, if there is eternal life after death.

Unlike afterlife, death is guaranteed. No matter if it's the end, or a transitional point or a new beginning or whetever - you can pretty much count on it.
Afterlife or a lack thereof lies within the realm of faith - and faith kind of entails confidence in things that aren't guaranteed in the usual sense of that word.

Depends on your vantage point. 'Good' (unlike 'guaranteed') is a rather relative term.

well, that's why i asked. if its an 'absolute' term. i would have already said so. therefore i asked, could it be that, most people here see 'death' as a 'good' thing?
i dont see it as a 'good' thing in itself, unless one believes in life after death. but then, if life after death isn't 'guaranteed', then I no longer attached death as good. hence, to appropriately answer the topic question, my answer would be Jesus Christ.
Although my experiences in the real life with most human-beings, 'death' is not an event that stir positive emotions, and hence rarely associated with 'good'.
