Default How to cheer up a super-busy colleague?

Previously, I asked about how to cheer up a laid-off coworker and thanks to your help, we got her a bouquet of flowers and a card signed by her colleagues.

Now, I would like to cheer up an overworked & stressed-out colleague. She is alone on a short term assignment in the US. Her family is back in China (husband and 4 year old daughter).

What would be a good way to cheer her up? Get her a funny/encouraging card? More flowers? I have already taken her to shop, which she enjoyed, and we will continue to do that

    Your advice is kindly requested!

little things like asking "how's her days" (which you may receive a standard answer - "busy"), buying her a cup of coffee every now and then, will help.

Take her to a masseuse if she's comfortable with that. Massage helps so much with stress and fatigue.

If you live in the US, invite her over for Thanksgiving. Being with your family might make her miss her family, but at least she'll feel included and wanted. Or you and your other colleagues can throw a house party and just get to know each other outside of work but you've probably thought of that.
