The shoes in LSS's costume look really hard to walk in.
I really want to take Nicky and Kevin out of that photo, so it's just LSS and YH.

real jewelry as in real jade and stuff? lol
and these outfits look cute! and much better fitted
yeah, i get the feeling that actors lie about their height a lot. especially the guys lol. kevin cant be more than 177/178, tops.
and i dont think nicky looks that "uncle-ish", lol. kevin looking older imo.
lol yeah, they do. thats like the traditional qing era shoes though. i remember seeing them in huan zhu ge ge
Hmmmmmm.....well YH is definitely taller, but I wouldn't say that much taller.....if you look at their shoulders and where their forehead ends, it's only inches difference. It only looked like YH was towering over Kevin because of YH's 3 inch hair...LOL
Yep, so I've read it's real and not plastic

So, I've visited Nicky and Kevin's Baidu threads.....and found out these two are pretty popular, correct me if I'm wrong but they may even be more popular than YH and LSS. But then, it may be because they are of older generation actors and been in the entertainment industry longer.....
Of course. They are veterans. Nicky was extremely popular in the 1990s as he was in Little Tigers - that was like the F4 and Super Junior of the 1990s. Kevin Cheng has starred in many famous TTV and TVB dramas like Legendary Siblings and Beyond the Realm of Consciousness. I'm not a fan of Kevin's acting though - his acting is like Feng Shao Feng's, if you know what I mean.
Though they were the top HK/Taiwan idols of the early 1990s, not sure how they will resonate with the new generation in Mainland.

Same tactic used by Yu Zheng . But I think Zhang Ji Zhong uses mainly Mainland actors/actresses.
Anyway, all the major Mainland movies are using a mix of top HK, Taiwan and Mainland actors. E.g. Detective Dee, Red Cliff I & II, Confucius.
Hehehe....okay, that's true too
Three's a crowd...wondered if Kevin ever got up leaving these two alone...hehe

Well, to be fair...she knew and were close friends with everyone on stage(Hu Ge, YH, Guo Xiaoting, Tang Yan) at the Fantasy Zhu Xian press conference.
So, it's normal for her to feel and act the way she did at this press conference(can't expect her to be buddy-buddies yet ), just as any other actors/actresses would be when meeting their co-stars for the first time. For example, just look at Hu Ge and Bai Bing at their Myth press conference....both looked so cold and distant toward each other as well
The 14th prince....

Huh? Is that Lin Gengxin? He looks very different.
OMG!! He really does look like Hu Ge's twin!

Well, for the first time, its the guys who chase Shi Shi, not the other way around.
Woah. Lin Genxin does look similar to Hu Ge...but in a kinda freaky way. (Or maybe it's the hairstyle, haha. I always thought Hu Ge would look really weird with a Qing-style braid.)
The productions these days really go all out with the jewelry. I remember seeing pics of the hair pieces in Jade Palace at first and was surprised at the quality (compared to what they used in old series like HZGG etc). Same with the new HLM. The pieces here definitely look top-notch as well. I like how it looks really authentic, but makes you wonder how big the budget is for them to buy all these expensive jewelry! O_o

Ahuhhhhhhhhhh.......the younger version of Hu Ge (except Hu Ge's face is longer than Lin Geng Xin)...kekeke.
This is Tangren's biggest production in the company's history and they got huge investors right xiaolong? So, yep....BIG budget for this production

WHOA i totally thought that was HG for a good minute, and i was thinking, did someone photoshop this picture? cause i know he's not in the drama, and he just looks weird in that hairstyle. LOL he really does look like Hu Ge! wow...
According to the news, Tangren also secured financing of RMB100 million from Bank of Beijing for their upcoming 6 productions.

I'm not sure how much is allocated to Bu Bu.
They've broken up already lah... She didn't even sympathize with LOOK on her wei bo.

Maybe Hu Ge is coming in to surprise everyone? I mean why should he turn up at the Bu Bu press conference just to announce his restaurant? (hoping, hoping, hoping...to see the HG-YH-LSS trio in the same series again).
Since Gong concentrates on 4th and 8th, I hope Bu Bu will devote more screen time to 13th and 14th (they are hotter anyway). 13th is still my favourite among the Princes whether or not he's acted by YH. Just never liked 8th and 14th in ALL adaptations I've seen of Yongzheng, even if Tong Hua tries fruitlessly to make them the good guys - one is spineless, the other is a nut case. And I don't believe "十四" was changed to "于四" in Kang Xi's will. "于" wasn't used at all before the 20th century. It was "於"!!

lol thats exactly what i thought! they look wayyy too similar. or maybe its just the angle..whatever
I remembered in one version, they brought up the point that official transcripts of high importance usually also had a copy in Manchurian...hence the word change made even less sense. If anything, Yong Zheng would've probably been more sucessful at switching the entire script rather than just one word.
