"Happy posting."
What an idiot. Definitely up for a Darwin Award special mention.
Is he milking the publicity for more money? At this stage in the game, it's only smart to sell his story and perhaps get a Xbox Kinect.
We will see what he will do when Ipad 3 comes out.
The length this guy went to to obtain an Ipad was silly. But, I also don't get the lesser degree obsession like queuing for hours waiting to buy Ipad 2 on its first day of release. Couldn't they go buy on the next day or a few days later?

well, this is sad but true. If the world wants to stop this kind of incident, then organ donation should be banned altogether except from dead people. It's sad that too many people don't understand that having good health is the most important thing to have. All the wealth in the world is pretty useless if they don't have the good health to enjoy. I rather be an average Joe with good health than someone like Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley who had millions to spend of illegal drugs.
Not just America, it's pretty much all developed countries. For people who do not want to suffer when they get old, then they should live a healthy life when they are young. Prevention is the best cure.In America, it is so difficult to be on the transplant list that many people go to other countries that allow human organ sales resulting in articles like this.
It's better to wait for a few months when the price is way down.

This is just ridiculous. He had a kidney operation and went home the same day?
I like me.
So sad this boy would sell his kidney for ipad 2, he may suffer in the long run....
I have heard of really long waiting list for organs in the US...

How come people are so desperate for iPhone or Apple products?
My sister gave me her old iPhone 5S right before I moved to Vancouver. She offered me her new iPhone 6 at first but I refused. It's better than my old Samsung Galaxy Q. However, my life does not get any better because of that. Unless my current phone is broken, I would refuse to get a new phone. I don't see iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus or any later version will make my life any better. After all, all I need is calling and texting and any cheap cell phone can do the work. Money is better in my bank account than in Apple's bank account. I guess if everyone is like me, then Apple won't be able to make billions and billions every year.

never understood that either, all the apple stores are always pack.
Other than the days with new released products, most people go to Apple Stores mainly for the Genius Bar. At Genius Bar, the store offer free services to fix Apple products such as Macbook, iPhone, iPad, etc. I went there many times for the free services and the waiting time is long. You usually wait for 2, 3, 4 or more hours. Without the Genius Bar, Apple products would not be nearly as popular. I guess with all the profit, Apple can afford the free services for their loyal customers.
