The guy that I like is currently younger...although I would have never chosen that for myself...

It's not abnormal nowadays for a woman to date a younger man. I know of at least 3 relationships where the guy is younger by 2-3 years. Though it still seems to be stigma in the Asian cultures and perhaps more pressure for a woman if the guy is younger. It all depends on the couple though.

I agree on the most part. The gap is smaller when younger i.e. +/- 1 or 2 when you're around 18, +/- 5 when you're around 30 and >+/-10 when you're 40 and older I reckon.
