It's Marxism in its purest form. What do you expect the consequences would be? Of course it's nothing but destruction. Not just China, but many other countries as well. I really hate Marxist leaders such as Mao of China, Stalin of Russia, Pol Pot of Cambodia, The Kim regime of North Korea, and many many more. Are you Tibetan? if not then leave them alone. Minorities in China already enjoy more rights than the majority Han. They should be thankful and happy with what they get/have. Protest against the government is the stupidest thing to do in China because nothing good will come out of it.

Tibetan Chinese already have more right than the Han Chinese. What else do you want them to have more than the majority Han Chinese? Tibetans should be happy for what they get. If they do not happy in China, they can pack up and join their Dalai Lama in India.
