Default Did WY's story about the "South Seas Divine Nun" fool anybody other than YG?

To save Yeung Gor's life, Wong Yung concocted the myth of the "South Seas Divine Nun" to explain Little Dragon Girl's sudden disappearance and fool Yeung Gor into accepting the cure for his Passion Flower poisoning. Perhaps because it was better than the alternatives (e.g. believing that Little Dragon Girl left him for no reason or that she had died), Yeung Gor bought the story, which was one of the greatest feats of pulling B.S. out of one's a$$ ever.

But did anybody else believe it? Almost a dozen other people heard the same story on that same occasion, but did they believe it as Yeung Gor did, or did they all understand that it was all B.S. that Wong Yung made up to give Yeung Gor's a reason to continue living?

They probably understood that it was B.S.
