hmm.....the costumes looks very nice, but that's about it.

I'm not sure about the leads, I feel that they are both not fit for the show. Harwick never really impresses me in any series and Yang Rong always has the same look. She isn't annoying but she's not main lead material. They both try too hard to play their roles and comes out unnatural. Luckily it's not one of my favourite stories but I'm still a fan of the Dagger series and I would not have picked them to play any dagger series roles. I think I would rather have someone I don't know.

Costume-wise, the series looks quite good. But I still don't understand the plot except that the two leads are star-crossed lovers because of a duel between their ancestors. Hope the following trailers will reveal more.
