Default RIP Sir George Martin, music producer for the Beatles

One of the most important and influential record producers of the 20th Century has died at the age of 90. Without the support of Sir George Martin, the Beatles likely would not have sounded the same...or sounded at all, as it was Martin who took a chance on the unknown band from Liverpool in 1962 and signed them to EMI Records.

Its really sad to hear that news. He is a great producer, arranger and known as the "fifth Beatle". He's actually a big loss in the music industry.

I always loved listening to him explain the inner workings of how he recorded the Beatles and other artists. He was very insightful, and had great musical intuition and technical knowledge of recording methods. He would have made a great college professor.

Every one of us loves the music that Beatles have played and the creation that they have left for us. We all will agree with the fact that the music that beatles have made is beyond its time. All of us think that this credit is entirely of the Band The beatles but in actual its not the man Gorge Martin was operating behind the cartain who made this wonderful beyond the time musics for the future generation.
Gorge Martin was associated with Beatles from the very binging since from the song ‘From Me To You’, this classic Beatles song was their number one single; it spent seven weeks in the number one chart spot in 1963 due to its success. Wonder why it was such a hit? You need to take a deeper look at the lyrics to understand. Whilst the majority of their songs are credited to both Lennon and McCartney as the songwriters, it was very rare for the pair to sit down together and write a song. ‘From Me To You’ is one of the exceptions to this as not only did John and Paul write this song together but also shared the lead vocals.

Till ‘Let It Be’ this was, on the other hand, was their final album. ‘Let It Be’ was the title track for the end of their career together, and what a song to end with! Although there has been much debate whether the album can actually be referred to as their final release, it was originally conceived as Getting Back, due to be released before their Abbey Road album.
