Real estate market in China has pop with around 65 million emptied homes and 20+ million unfinished while population is on the decline for decades to come. Why did China need to build that so many homes?

Hey. We have a little over a month til the site closes. Just wanted to say thank you to all contributors for the past twenty something years. Thanks to all silent readers as well. I joined Spcnet when I was still high school, Spcnet became a second home for me to go to when I feel sad or lonely or when I needed someone to talk to. Thanks for being there for me when I needed a chat about tv series or random life issues. Thanks for the fanfics and the singing competitions that were very entertaining. Everything will eventually end. But thank you for the memories from these 23 years. I will still continue to use the name Charbydis online as Spcnet has become a part of me and will stay with me for the rest of my life. See you around. Charby.
