Default Are Lee Chum Foon and Ah Fei "glass cannon?"

A few months back, I asked if Deun Yu and Ling Wu Chung were the "glass cannon" of the Jin Yong canon, able to dish it out, but not so great at resisting damage. Responses mostly rejected this idea.

What about Lee Chum Foon and Ah Fei on the Gu Long side of things? Everyone knows about the fearsome reputation of Little Lee's Flying Dagger, and Ah Fei was an extraordinary swordsman whose speed astonished even veteran wulin experts. Neither one, however, seemed to tank damage very well. Lee Chum Foon was overwhelmed and severely wounded by three foreign warriors who did not seem to have any extraordinary fighting skills, while Ah Fei seemed quite vulnerable against anybody whom he couldn't stab to death first. Were these two Gu Long heroes glass cannon?
