Default LSF, SMCS and friends vs. 3000 palace guards...you think?

During the time of LUK SIU FUNG, the imperial palace in Beijing was guarded by 3000 security personnel, which I imagine included a combination of wulin martial artists and military combatants.

According to the Four Imperial Guards, if Sai Mun Chui Sheut and Yip Goo Sing were to join forces, they would be able to break through the 3000. On the other hand, after Yip Goo Sing died in the duel with SMCS, the Imperial Guards amended that SMCS would not be able to break through on his own. When Luk Siu Fung, Wooden Taoist, Honest Monk, See Hung Jak Sing, Buk Gui, and Yim Yan Ying (the last of the Three Yings of the Mo Dong Sect) said that they would fight by SMCS's side, however, the guards were again doubtful they would be able to prevent the heroes from leaving.

    So what do you think?

    1. Sai Mun Chui Sheut + Yip Goo Sing vs. 3000 imperial palace guards

    2. Sai Mun Chui Sheut, Luk Siu Fung, Wooden Taoist, Honest Monk, See Hung Hak Sing, Buk Gui, and Yim Yan Ying vs. 3000 imperial palace guards.

China was super power during that era. The 3000 guards are no joke. They were well trained and selected among the best to serve the country. In order to qualify, they needed to have good knowledge of martial arts as well. If two top martial artists can defeat them then the Ming Dynasty would collapse long time ago. Any small country can produce 2 top martial artists and go after the Ming Dynasty. Seriously, I doubt any top fighter can beat 10 guards in a fight, never mind 2 top fighters vs 3000 guards. Remember, they were well trained and selected among the very best.

I believe LXF, XMCX and friends would be able to leave, but obviously they can't defeat/kill all 3000 guards.

But YG once said that any of Yin Kexi and Xiaoxing Zi could take down 400 guards and we know people like GJ or ZBT was 4-5x better than Yin Kexi so logically GJ or ZBT could easily beat 2000 guards by using this logic..
