The Full Moon Curved Sabre - the most powerful weapon in the Gu Long universe?

Was the Full Moon Curved Sabre (AKA "Listening to the Spring Rain Late One Evening at the Pavilion") the most powerful weapon to appear in the Gu Long canon? Like the Heavy Iron Sword, the Heaven Sword, and the Dragon Sabre from Jin Yong's canon, the Full Moon Curved Sabre seemed to give its users a boost in ability, even if a given user did not specifically train in using it (as long as he/she had a modicum of skill at wielding bladed weapons). No other weapon in the Gu Long canon of which I am aware includes such a feature.
