Much Greater Than 1000 jins
I don't think HR improved, maybe a little during the 16-year interlude.
One side palm from JLFW completely shattered HR's dog beating stick, so I don't think HR would last more than 20 stances against JLFW, especially if it is a direct clash, HR would be taken out immediately.
Fair analysis, but Jinyong said during the pre-16 fight of JLFW vs XLN that if he used sheer force, he would overcome XLN.
Post-16 post JLFW doubled his internal and his palm strikes are much more powerful than before, so with the realization of the concept of "sheer power overcomes speed", JLFW would defeat XLN relatively quickly, maybe within 50 stances.
Mostly agreed with your levels.
Pre-16 HR full-health level: 50, slightly superior to Li Mo Chou (48).
Post-16 HR level: 51
Gongsun Chi: 55, I think HR cannot defeat him.
However, JLFW at level 78
and the Greats at level 75, so
JLFW would most likely defeat any Great in ~300-500 stances or he may win because his internal is higher and he is younger (endurance) than the Greats?
JLFW Lv 78 only on paper also though he might be win against YD it doesn't matter he would also win against HYS or OYF since both HYS and OYF more "versatile" than YD as fighter so I would give him 50:50 against Greats but if he use his wheels he would "auto-win" IMHO..
After completing the HIS and waterfall training, YG internal and strength increased dramatically and he learned, dodging and evading techniques sparring against the Divine Condor.
He also learned the Thousand-Jin stand when he was practicing under the waterfall standing on the water rockbed.
He used this technique when he step on the Taoist's sword using his internal to prevent the sword from moving.
Therefore, I suggest YG level be at 65 without the HIS.
