Guo Jing had undergone some decent (not brilliant, but as good as lower level fighters get) teaching by the time they met, and he wasn't a patch on Yin Zhiping. Guo Xiaotian had experience and skill with halberds, and that's it. Yang Tiexin might be a better match, and I'm not sure he's up to Yin Zhiping's level either.
