Seriously, the emperor should NOT have so many women in the harems. What a waste of resources. Why not have an empress and a couple new hot concubines every year and stop having more concubines at 10 or 20 unless he still does not have any children. That would be way way more than enough for the emperor. The empress may have like 4 servans, each concubine may have one or two servans. The emperor would be way better off that way.
