End-LOCH I think better than Du Monks (individually) while Cheng Kun one level below Du Monks so logically Guo Jing > Cheng Kun even Guo Jing when he fought Huang Yaoshi during Rainy Restaurant (after 5 Freaks deaths) still better than Cheng Kun..
