    Default question

Hi all. I have such a question I work in a company that writes applications and now we have a deadline and there are not enough employees do you think it makes sense to hire new ones or can you find someone from freelance?

It really depends on the specifics of the project. If the project timeline is not too tight, and there is enough budget to hire a freelancer, then it could be a great solution. However, if the deadline is tight and the budget is limited, then it would be better to focus on optimizing the existing resources and to use creative problem solving techniques instead of hiring new people.

You raised a difficult topic, if anyone deals with such programs, then they should have their own office in which several programmers work and they should take over the application - which they will develop for you - otherwise how will you update and maintain your program. I think about it too...

Good evening, I will advise you probably a bad method, but it works, you have to clean up your staff who do not perform their job well. I also work as a senior manager, and sometimes employees simply do not do their jobs, I fine them. If you have a deadline, they offer a popular IT outsourcing company https://dinarys.com/it-outstaffing-services that offers temporary IT specialists. Our company, when we used these services, you know it's better to pay a great team and lose your nerve.

I strongly disagree with yours, as you yourself wrote in a bad way. There is no need to fire employees, except for the moment when the employee does not understand his responsibilities. A lot has already been invested in employees, at least time. We need an approach. If you cannot find a way, then you should be fired and fined, not your subordinates.

You don't understand what we're talking about. If you have, for example, more than 50 people on staff and they're not doing their job, you need to keep an eye on them, install cameras, and then get your staff in order. There has to be discipline in business and in any enterprise. The author wants to hire freelancers to work remotely, but what does he need employees for? Of course, no one can just fire an employee.
