Default Effectively using Wuxia skills in real life objectives

Case: I have crapload of flying bugs in my room. They're getting quite annoying. What martial arts can I use to effectively eliminate their existence?

Choice 1: Xiang Long 18 Zhang.
    --
effectiveness: 8/10. While it is likely to anihilate most bugs, it might leave a few alive.
practicalness: 2/10 - way more powerful than necessary. It's like killing flies with a big cannon.

Choice 2: Xuan Ming Divine Palm.
    --
This style freezes things. So if we used it on bugs,
    effectiveness: 8/10
    practicalness: 8/10

    Choice 3: Star-sucking kung fu
    --
this style obsorbs things. Not a good idea to use for bug control.

Choice 4: Tan Zhi Shen Tong
    --
This might be useful in killing the bugs, but I think it's still more than necessary. It might knock down the light or window shield.

Choice 5: Ding Chun Qiu's Poison
    --
I have a feeling this will be very effective and practical.

Choice 6: Qian Kun Da Nuo Yi
    --
This style uses your opponent's power against them, right? Since bugs have no power, this skill should be useless.

    Choice 7: Bone-melting Palm
    --
Again, it would work better on something stronger than bugs.

    Choice 8: DFBB's needles
    --
Extremely accuracy could be very effective.

Conclusion: using poison might be best for bug elimination.

What effective martial arts did I miss?

Actually, if this skill really does pull your target towards you and then drain them dry (i.e. practically dead) then it'll be VERY useful against bugs. You stick you hand out, all the flies fly (pardon the bad pun) towards your palm and in an instant are drain dry and they fall to the ground ready to be swept up.

Kind like a vacuum cleaner (XD)

    how about brooming the house
using the 18 dragon palm's palm energy to blow them away of course at about 1% in power.

Which of course would result in a rather silly looking practicioner, since anyone who actually does housework knows that if you simply blow or dust all that happens is that it becomes all stirred up and settles again very soon afterwards =(

Sweeping... this one isn't a easy one.

Maybe Dog-Beating Stick could be modified to round up all the dust in a pile using the coil formula?

Xie Xun's lion roar thingy should be best for clearing out flies.

But it'll probably kill your dog and the neighbours as well.

Maybe that requires effort from the sweeper monk. He might have some sweeping techniques up his sleeves.

Good idea! Or we can do Jiu Muozhi's gentle talk to try to put the bugs to sleep

    Choice 9: Dagger Lee
    ---
just use one dagger on one bug, very effective, it surely will cut the bug's neck

What makes Mighty Finger Snap, 6 Mak Divine Sword, and Lee Chum Foon's dagger less desirable than the palm techniques for dealing with flies is their relatively narrow field of fire. With palm techniques, the field of damage means you can probably take down more than one fly at a time. With the finger/dagger techniques, you'd have to pick off the flies one at a time.

The dagger came out like lightning and had struck the fly in its throat. No one saw when it came out. No one even saw him move. Such speed, such power. Who, in this world can dodge Little Li's dagger?....taken from Gu Long's first draft..
