No one else in LOCH/ROCH has arts with the synergy to match GJ. He can at least match YG in power (HYS rates GJ's XL18Z as the only match for YG's SP in power), but he also has Vacant Fists with which to conserve energy, and he also has 2 arms and L/R with which to use them. And he also has 9yin with which to further increase efficiency. YG might be able to surpass GJ in exploring theory, but GJ would win any fight, even if it would require all his skills and resources and lots of time.

But I always think that Sad Palm ~ Dragon Palm in "power" but not in terms of "stance" I mean Sad Palm might be would beat "conventional" Dragon Palm but not "enhanced" Dragon Palm with 9 Yin and L/R hand skill so if YG vs GJ in hand to hand combat they're would be evenly matched IMHO

However, bring in a multiplier like the Heavy Iron Sword (increase internal + increase techniques) and it will most likely a definite victory for YG.

YG full powered Sad Palm vs GJ for me it's like Barcelona vs Juventus during 2nd leg semifinal Champion League season 2016-2017 which Barcelona (YG) bombarded Juve (GJ) with all of their might but Juve strong and solid defense make score still "goaless" aka 0-0 throughout 90 mins..

Gwok Jing is not a swordsman per se. As a first-rate martial artist, he will naturally be competent at using weapons, but not necessarily extraordinary. He's primarily a hand-to-hand fighter. He had limited weapons training from the Gong Nam 6 Freaks (meh) and the 9 Yum Jen Ging (much, much better, but we don't know much about 9 Yum weapons skills other than that they existed and enabled 20-year-old, not-quite-yet Great Gwok Jing to use a sword to hold off West Poison Au Yeung Fung).

Still would be spectacular to watch somebody wield those two weapons simultaneously. Nobody in HSDS did it (nobody had possession of both weapons until the end), so it would be an eyeopener.

Yeeeep as long GJ fight "defensively" he would never lose against YG 💯% Sad Palm just like Juve during semi final UCL 2016-2017 which with solid and strong defense Juve could "handle" Barcelona aggressive and devastating force so to determine GJ vs YG it's come from weaponry battle IMHO since both of them was pretty equal in hand to hand..
