Actually it is me who don't get it. What are they trying to do, Ken?

They seem to be having fun with certain conventions of wuxia (and they know a surprising number of well-known wuxia martial arts). It's just amusing to watch.

Well, I only recognized the Iron Fist. Anyway Ken, you could refer them to this wuxia forum if they are interested.

    Ken is right. It's amusing.

It seems more of like a fight between Marvel superheroes or something.

Yeah, it's inspired silliness (the best kind), and the best part is that the boys are doing it with their limited knowledge of wuxia.

Don't think wuxia's got anything to do with it Ken.

Think Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Soul Caliber, etc. Or possibly Japanese manga like Lone Wolf and Cub.

    I concur.

I'm trying to imagine wtf is an Elephant kick ? Something from sumo wrestlers ?

I think that's just when they stomp on you, like an elephant, except it won't hurt as much.
