I've only seen 'Made in Hong kong' and I really liked. Quite a sad story though. Are his other films any good?
All that's needed to say have been said, why say anything more? The man is drunk, why stay any longer?....

Your panties are on too tight.
I just saw his newest (I think) work in Three: Extremes (三更 2) 'bout the dumpling thingy, starring Miriam Yeung and Tony Leung Ka-Fai. Quite a bizarre story 'bout Miriam Yeung eating dumplings with the fillings made of foetus to regain her beauty.
The film has a bunch of really wonderful people helping Fruit Chan out such as Christopher Doyle (a well-known cinematographer), Peter Chan (director of Three - Going Home and the 1994's He's a Woman, She's a Man) and Lilian Lee (writer of Farewell My Concubine).
Not a bad movie but could have done better.
