Not sure when will this serial air. But here are some news from MediaCorp's website

Frankly I have no idea who Toro is.

I probably watch it just for the Baywatch moments.

Thanks for ur info. If there’s any news, please inform me.
I think that U've rarely watched Taiwanese series . Toro is a TW singer/actor. He’s the ex-member of Energy & now is well-known due to the success of Snow Angel, an idol drama produced by Settv

    hehe.

Yep I seldom watch idol dramas. Thanks for the info on Toro.

Come to think of it, it's a good thing he's in this serial. The chances that it'll be shown in Taiwan will be greater. More exposure for our artistes is a good thing.

Well, at the very least this is not another family show.
    It's a refreshing change.

Though it makes us wonder if this one would be as good as the old sports serials in the eighties and early nineties.

i dun have to watch it bt i can predict itll b like those teen idol series like meteor garden of mvp lover those kind....plus i think they adopted some of the stoylines n ideas frm tvb's "aqua heroes" if im nt wrong...its simliar...it'll b better if they casted another actress as e lead say joanne peh...i like her she's pretty, has a gd fig so will look gd in bikinis is natural n can act well...fiona on e other hand draws me away...i never liked her...she seems v fake, vain n exaggerated...plus she cannot act n always forces that cute expression...i agree though that she has a great bod w great assets bt that isnt really compatible for this show cause they re talking national swimmers nt bikini models...jeanette n felicia though look like national swimmers with their tall, slim n atheletic figures...they should b lead insstead of fiona...

I think we shouldn't judge the show too harshly before it actually airs. Although I think that it will probably be like what sunnysnow said... hehe, should at least give the show a chance to prove itself we criticize it.

I am not too fond of Fiona Xie too, my memory of her is stuck at the time where she acted as a genie in that sitcom... erm, I can't remember the title, sorry. Her voice is consistently raspy and squeaky. That is a bad, bad combination. Hmm, but even though her acting and speaking can really match up, she sure has a great figure, which is probably why she is the lead, and acting as Toro's love interest.

This show looks like a showcase of young actresses in Mediacorp. Cooking up some show where they can expose (?) themselves and bank in on their youth. And in order to garner the ratings, they import in Toro and the other basketball guy (duh, what's his name again?), so that fans would be watching.

Ah, I am judging the show too..... talk about shooting my own foot. Well, we'll just have to see when first episode rolls around this wednesday.

haaha i guess ur right dun judge a bk by its cover bt the thing is i dunno the show seems so predictable...a typical teen idol series and guess wad...the ending would b fiona's swim team wins the big competition n beat the other mean gers...its always like that...and i thought that running down orchard in bikinis nonsense e biggest joke...it was so dumb n silly bt part of the storyline to amuse watchers i guess...no offence bt i predict that this show will draw loads of kids who love toro n cutesy gers--fiona

This show will also draw "hum-sup" guys and girls who want to ogle at bikini girls and topless guys.

This show will most definitely be an "偶像剧" (teen idol serial). I'm OK with that. Don't watch it for high drama and you'll be fine. After a slew of blah shows from Mediacorp, some variety is good. However, if Mediacorp goes on to only produce shows of such genre, then it's bad. I don't think that will happen though.

So let out the Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing in you, enjoy the beauty, the pretty people, and the running....
