I think Vincent will improve towards the end but I don't expect him to improve much since he is so weak now. Although his character cannnot fight, the directors still make good use of his wushu by making him day-dream all the time. hehe

Making him daydream all the time?? You mean he was fighting in his daydreams? Sorry, I have not been following the series, don't really know what is happening.
yah..I believe he was daydreaming that he could fight real well and could impress Rui En.
Yup.. there are several parts in the show where Vincent 'dream' that he can fight very well
ugh.. i find his makeover kind of sh!ity.. it's so typical and cliche. maybe i just have a thing for nerd guys
switching from changing lanes to my mighty-in-laws, wow you can see the world of difference in terms of acting, filming, story.
based on consensus of opinion in our family, my mighty-in-laws is a bore. myself doze off to sleep several times. most of them over-reacted with exaggeration, worst acting i've seen by some of their regulars including their top stars. picture and filming quite poor quality. abit too crazy on the storyline although some scenes were entertaining due to their silly acts. the only outstanding is Rui En.
quite agree she has aged too fast, see the obvious multiple lines on her neck, including her eyes when she smiled. maybe she's under lots of stress and pressure as normally other women at her age wouldnt see aging lines until they reach their fifties. plus the added supplements she has been taking from product endorsements should have improved her looks at least.Originally Posted by strawberry
zoe ish so tomboy in the show ... bt she stil acting realli well...hehe
zoe may have aged but I still think that she is the best actress in Mediacorp (channel8 at least... i don't watch channel 5)...
P.S. I'm not a fan of Zoe
yes, zoe is best in channel 8 but on competitiion with channel u, it's questionable. she's a serious actress suitable for family dramas not appropriate in comedies, she has limitation in versatile roles.
wow..u have it bad man....
I like her here... and I liked her in Katong Miss Oh as well.. but I respect your opinion anywayOriginally Posted by eyeo
NO comment on her acting... but at least she's willing to try something new(that's not easy for someone who can play safe acts in serious role forever ).Originally Posted by eyeo
Like to see Rui En in the show... too many skinny bamboo on screen, finally a chubby and cute one...hahaha ...

yah..Rui En is not all bones and no meat..she's very cherubic!
rui en , a promising & versatile actress hopping from english to chinese.
for her age her natural acting is the most outstanding of the both channels. 1st time watching yet got impressed.
dont understand why most women adopt "monkey see monkey do" to slim down to bones. they have the perception that being skinny looks beautiful. looks are judged by the majority when you are in public and not everyone will agree that every women will look stunning with their bony frame, it's a passing trend .
they dont appear healthy, just imagine your whole body looks like a dead skeleton but a bit more flesh would have been perfect.
Rui En seems to have retained a little baby fat *shrugs*
Don't like her here, but she looks adorable in Achar, especially with the sock puppet!
Not true. Changing Lanes was a great Singapore drama.Originally Posted by Jeanette Aw Rox
