I thought this was not a good series bcoz I got bored in the first 5 episodes of it BUT I was wrong it seems in the end I like it very much, the good plot of it was in the middle part till end... there are lots of secrets and twists in this story.
I love the character of Sam Wang than Ming Dao but all in all, the actors, plot of story was really good. I much prefer this one than Frog Prince. Worth to watch!

i like ming dao but this show is kid if lame no affence but the are good parts. oh yes you can watch it at youtube.

Worth watching this series as its something different from the norm ie hairsylists story. Storyline pretty okay but still prefers Prince turns into a Frog. Will give a score of 31/2 out of 5. Prefer to see Ke Lan actress in bigger role as she's good.

I really really can't have enough of this stylish drama. Its my 1st MingDao's show (so ashamed) and I am asking for more. Sam Wang's portrayal of Richie was cool and so are the rest. Definitely a must for fans of 183 Club and for those who are not, go watch it for the fun and entertainment. Wait a minute, I feel like having a hair makeover after watching this drama!

I generally don't watch Taiwan dramas as I have associated it with the sob sob storys from QiongYau where the lead actress cry buckets of tears. I happen to catch a repeated broadcast of one episode of the The Prince who turn into a Frog and got hooked. I am now watching Magicians now. At first I thought MingDao had an interesting but unconventional look. However after watching the Prince and Magician, I think he is a wonderful actor that and a very high 'Hot'index. His characters in both shows were very well acted and he switched effortlessly between cold, arrogance to warm and tenderness. I think Magicians is a better show than Prince as the female lead is alot more attractive and hence make the match more plausible.

i thought the drama was pretty good. i would give it 4/5. the acting was pretty good. the only comment i have was the way some of them were paired up with each other in the end.

It's good but it has so much drama, one after another. I really don't like Qing Kong, she acts like she was wronged by Ya Si. What did she expect, she left him for over 3 years without a single call. Then she expects for him to take her back simply cause she said so, how selfish. When a person leaves a relationship to persue something else, it means you're willing to give up on that relationship. Another thing is the guy from their competition later on, if he was so good why would he agree to such underhanded tactics to win. I think people with real skills wouldn't feel the need to do such things and would be offended if someone even suggested them to do such things.

The review was great! I watched this series like 3 or 4 times and I loved it! I agree with you Ming Dao is a must see in the series. Well I think that he is a must see in every series. I wasn't too crazy about Xiao Bei's charater I thought that she was really annoying and dumb always saying that she likes Riche but always falling into Ya Si's arms. I thought that was really stupid of her to do. I loved the scene where Xiao Bei kissed Artz abd Riche I thought that part was haloriuos. I like the review and the series, but I like ISWAK more!

The Magicians of love is one show that is definitely worth watching and that I would recommend. The ending was well done and the characters also acted well. I especially liked the parts when Yasi fell in love with Xiaobei and when he knew that she liked Erqi,he tried his best to protect her. I think that this show is interesting and also keeps the viewers in suspense wanting to know more about what happens next. I was entertained througout the whole show and felt very touched at certain parts because of what the characters would do for each other, for example Yasi and Erqi can sacrifice themselves to great extends just for Xiaobei to be with the person she loves happily. A must watch if you have not!

i watched aqmfs after i read your review! :D all i can say is, i loved the front part of the drama. the later part is draggy and tiring to watch. and my fave character is richie! until he stopped loving xiaobei haha xD

i look forward to see this drama but it´s a new drama so in our country it haven´t been released yet....I really like Ming dao-not only because he is "soo hot" or "oh he is so cutieee!!" but he is really a great actor. i like ow he can act cold,arrogant and he can suddenly turns warm...i´ve found something unique in him.i really like him in "prince who turns into a frog" so just wait to this drama

I love this series! I saw this one first, then Prince Turned Frog. Both have a similar plot, but I loved them both. The music is awesome too! I bought 2 CDs from 183 Club after watching since the music rocked. I recommend this one.

The "magicians of love" was yet, another good series. The cast all did great jobs on their parts, making the movie more realistic and enjoyable. The movie is very simple, yet very satisfying at the same time. It's an enjoyable series that almost never gets you bored, it keeps going and makes you think sometimes.. overall, its an interesting one!

I thought this production wasn't as good as "The Prince who turned into a Frog". The storyline wasn't as well written or funny and it tends to drag on a bit. The acting is generally pretty good and there is chemistry between the characters. Overall it is a lighthearted movie to watch on a dull rainy day. If you love 183 club then definitely watch it for the people or else don't because the plot just weighs it down.
