Abby is an ordinary girl, family-oriented, and lives peacefully with her family. She is the eldest of the family; she works so she could help her mother who is the only one who provides for her and her siblings. Her father left her when she was only three years of age. Her parents always fought, her father didn’t care of his children’s feelings, and he left with his mistress, left Abby and her wife the responsibilities he, himself should do.

Because of the grudge Abby’s father has caused her, Abby grew strong, and straight, vowing to her siblings that one day their father would repay. Her mother didn’t live long, she had leukemia, her disease could be cured, but medications were requirements. They could not afford expensive medicines so she died. Abby became stronger for her siblings, saying they can cope all these tragedies. Abby became madder to his father, but because of the responsibilities she has to make, she became busy having no time to think about her father’s mistakes.

Her aunt lends her vacant room for them, she is so kind, and she acts as the siblings’ mother. But, one thing is not so good about her; she is greedy of money. Her every service has an equal amount of price. So, Abby works hard in able for her siblings to live their lives comfortably.

Abby worked so hard that she has saved money for her and her siblings’ education. They have studied in an exclusive school. Abby is a straight-A student. She tops her batch. No wonder why she has finished college.

She works in a publishing company. She has a skill in writing. She works on literary pieces and articles.

Five years were so long. She has never expected that she and her siblings have overcome those trials. While she is on the park, for a short walk, she suddenly thought about her father and her grudge. Her tears fell down and a guy suddenly rushed on her.
“Need this?”, a slender voice asked. He handed Abby a handkerchief with embroidered words, “I’ll never leave you”, and this message touched her heart, her mind went to the past, she remembered when she was only two years old, her father said this with a pocketful of candies, kissing her chubby cheeks.
“Why the long face, miss? Is there a problem? Does my presence affect you?” he asked, wondering why Abby is crying.
Abby laughed, ”Do you know that you have such humor?”

They got to know each other. Exchanged names and numbers. His name is Frank. Their friendship developed into a serious commitment. And Frank asked Abby to marry him, Abby agreed.

Frank’s aunt wants to meet Abby. She heard great things from Frank about Abby. When they met, Abby quivered, Frank’s aunt was her dad’s mistress! What a small world.

Many trials tested Frank’s love for Abby. But still, Abby can’t refuse Frank’s charms. So she followed her heart.

But because of Abby’s greediness for vengeance, she used Frank to hurt the feelings of Frank’s aunt, her dad’s mistress. But Abby’s conscience can’t take it anymore so she changed, she told her intention to Frank and apologized. Frank couldn’t bear it so he rejected Abby. Even still in love with Abby, he couldn’t bear anymore Abby’s lies.

Abby walked away from Frank, but still, she loves him, months passed, she has never heard of Frank anymore, until a letter is sent to her mailbox. It’s Frank’s letter she excitedly opened it. It says that Frank went gone, away from Abby. Abby cried saying:
“My last tear has fallen down, this tear washed away all my greediness to revenge. Frank, you thought me how to love and to forgive. But now, I think I couldn’t forgive myself for letting you go, for letting the man I love so much to go.”
