Swordfight [poem]

The smell of metal,
The sound of sword.
All around them is ignored
The situation as fragile as a frail rose petal.

Amidst the battle swords fly.
A fight for honor and glory.
What is real today is tomorrow but a story.
The losing opponent lets out a painful cry,

This battle is not for play or fun.
This scene of swordplay rages on.
Soon all enmity will be gone.
At the end it is clear who has won.
