There are so many humorous series out there. I remember seeing "Ca Nha Cung Vui"(didn't know the Englight name for it). That's so most funny one that I've ever watched. Next is "Mulan 1998 version"..and much more but I couldn't remember the names up the top of my head.

Better Halves- Everytime Steven and Maggie were together. The way they argued with each other was so funny.
Family Man In the beginning with Moses and Michael. THe four sisters were funny too.
Recipe of the Heart Bobby and Esther agruing and Maggie pretending to be a guy.
Up and Down in the Sea of Love
Virtues of Harmony part 1 I thought part one was a lot more funny. I love the uncle wife and how everyone is always picking on her.
Colorful Life Every scenes with Annie.
Legendary 4 Aces the love story between Annie and Marco.
    Enternal Happiness

    The Commandments -
The Final Combat - Its Stephen Chow!
Yanky Boy - Kitty Lai <3
Don't know the English title but in Vietnamese it was called "Xac Uoc Ky Binh" it was a Vampire series from the late 80's or very early 90's
    Show Time Blues -
Mystery of the Twin Swords 1 & 2
Road for the Heroes - Alvina Kong was HILARIOUS
An old 80's series with Miu Kiu Wai where he owned a bug exterminating business with his roomate and he hires a maid.. cant think of her name but she was really cute.
another series with roger kwok who gets hit by lightning and his jade budha pendant gives him powers- also stars margie tsang

War of Gender - some of the episodes are quite average but there are several which are really funny (usually with both Dayo and Carol)

Colourful Life - especially scenes with Ronald and Louis Yuen or Cutie and Florence together

    Final Combat

I'm still waiting for the satelite TV to show Yanky Boy since I can't find it for rental or on sale. Seen it loooong time ago and love it. Currently watching Show Time Blues and this series is one of the BEST comedy TVB ever produced. All casts played their parts very well especially Wayne Lai and Florence Kwok. I died of laughing in every episodes! Highly recommeded!! I don't think any of the TVB latest actors or actresses can play the part as well as the other casts in Show Time Blues like Gordon Lam, Cutie Mui and Alvina Kong. I also like the 3 actors played"Grasshoppers" aka Flies..LOL

LOL that show was so funny. The flies were hilarious, but they never made it big haha. Gordon Lam does that funny pose where he kinda looks up into the sky. Cracks me up everytime. Lai Yiu Cheung as Roman Tam was so funny too. Everybody in that show was great. Alvina Kong is hot too. She makes a perfect Anita Mui.

    Examples...

    Better Halves:
When Moses and Maggie had to put on an act on the streets to test this one guy. It was hilarious cuz Moses's character was sooooooo wooden and pretty much just stood there and robotically vomited his lines out. Absolutely hilarious.

    Shades Of Truth:
So many! The one scene that sticks out in my mind is when Chilam goes over to Gigi's mother's place to help her fix things around the house. When Gigi comes home, Chilam comes out of the bathroom and he's pretty much wearing a huuuge garbage bag (it covers his head, his body, everything) cuz he was fixing a bursted tap. The wide-eyed expression Chilam had on his face, combined with his "costume" was really funny.
I am so agreeing with you about Shades of Truth, I just watched the series this week (since it is christmas break) and I loved it. The scene you brought up is so fresh I could see it in my head when I read it.

War of Genders gave me stomach cramps <3

Who here has watched Duke Of Mount Deer 1984 with Tony Leung? It's probably the best DOMD so far. So much comedy and funny stuff in it.

The one with Jordan Chan and Steven Ma was decent as well, although it wasn`t completely faithful to the novel.

I thought Recipe for the Heart (1997?) with Bobby Au Yeung, Esther Kwan, Maggie Cheung Ho Yee, Louis Koo, Danny Summer, Florence ___, and etc was really funny. I enjoyed watching it alot when it came out.
I just love how you Captivate My Mind
