Hi chaps,

So far I've looked through all 76 pages of this thread *phew* and have come up with the following conclusion.

MDWAV 3 has two endings.

1). Siu Ling in Tin Yau's arm at the Hong Kong stadium and she says
" Believe and I'll live, don't believe and I'll die" (something along the lines her dad was always talking about)

2) Siu Ling dying at a church (????)

I got ending number 1 on my disc, bought in Singapore from TS with Canton and Chinese dubbing.

My personal belief is that if Siu Ling died in MDWAV 3, there shouldn't be anymore MDWAV 4... i means, Joey is already 35 and I would be quite surprised if she takes on the next project for MDWAV 4... and same with Eric Wan...

I thought MDWAV 1 was the best, MDWAV 2 was an acceptable sequel... (actually I hated Nu Wa but I liked how the producers made Tin Yau and Siu Ling get closer to each other.. .when Tin Yau wanted to bite Siu Ling to keep her alive, and when Siu Ling couldn't bear to kill Tin Yau... *so sad and touching*...

So my question actually, what happened exactly in ending no 2?

They beat Sheng Mu and after that they get married and have a daughter called Tin Ngai?

Or did I miss the plot somewhere?

Someone please correct me!!

Oh yes, one more thing, why do I not see the reviews for MDWAV 1,2 or 3 on SPCNET?

Maybe I should start writing one for all three once I finish my reviews for Green Rose (K drama)....

Woah, it has been quite a long time since I've stumbled upon another pleasant forum. Good work, guys!

MDWAV has truly been a legend for me; one which opened the narrow-mindedness towards the supernatural world. I enjoyed all 3 series but just feel that something is missing... the Chinese classic hopping vampires (or zombies)!

By the way, either TCS have became Mediacorp long ago, or I am not on the same page with everyone else...

juz c finished Sg version of vcd, the ending is diff fr HK one fr wad i read in the previous few pages??so which one is the REAL ending? The part 4 sequel is a rumor or is confirm le?In addtion , whu got the soundtrack of My Date With A Vampire 3 ?

It's not 2 hours (ep36 in hk is like 1.5 hours), the different ending is an additional 5-10 minutes (from the stadium to the church)

My vcd set is also short of the ending, so I am planning to catch the last episode on the Television broadcast.

I wouldnt be too hopeful. If Mediacorp delights in repeated broadcast of ancient oldies, it makes sense to leave out that 10~15min for commercials.

I believe that the media has a better sense of responsibilty. Besides, the episodes seemed to be last 1/2 an hour longer than the beginning few.

Hmm .. yup, his last name is not Ma. It's 'Mao' (but thats pronounced in the viet way.) The movie is called Vampire _____ (something) I don't remember, I'll check that again. I know it is a sequel though and Frankie Lam is in it.
