I guess the part you are confused is how the final gamble is "in phase" with the "past". To figure this out, you need my "world destruction theory".

Imagine yourself in the perspective 5 minutes before the destruction. The Boss is out of the 3 realms. Thus is able to linkup the End with 2755 BC. As the original Final Instalment of the Sky Book crudely means: The world will be destroyed in 2015, results arising from either choice by Tianya. So the End is already written. (If you understand the ending, you'll realised that is correct). So the boss sets up the trap beforehand. (counting the eggs before they are hatched) as he knew nothing will change the result. The End is a realm where the gamble lies. (That is the 'sun-like' symbol in my explanation) Once Tianya make her choice, IT links up the "World Destruction" End with reality, successfully destroying another civilisation. But....

Another way you can visualise this, is cell division. If there is "bian shu" or change. The cell starts to divide within the cytoplasm (Time Terms (TT): Space). If both cells exist, on the point of division (TT: results from a choice), there are 2 timelines in possiblities - A multiverse of similar reality. But if one cell is unable to survive later, it will die off (TT: Linking to Destruction), leaving the other. Both cells functions (TT: Destiny) in similar sense (Not the same, as there will be "bianshu"). Human normally cant affect Earth's Destiny, only Fate, the Mas and Vampires could. Any choice they make will affect the survival / destruction of humanity. Thus, the Boss had calculated, from all the 'cells', any choice that Tianya make, leads to the End.

you know what'll be cool.. if theres a part 4 they should take place during the Song dynasty again.. why i say this b/c condor hero is during that time also so you know the vampires from the Ching siu chang or whatever that city was called somehow survived and bit yang guo and thats the actual reason why he and siu long nie went hidden after the last battle w/ golden wheel monk... yang guo siu long nie, guo jeng, huang rong goes to the future with the help of fong tien yau after tien yau bit siu ling.. and then yang guo and siu long nie like always is the before life of tien yau and siu ling while guo jeng is kenneths character before saan boon yat fu and huang rong is Jan Jan that'll be played by Kristy again to regain the MDWAV atmosphere... just a random thought

But the claim for Linger as a reincarnation of Xiaoling is by the ancestors of Mas. It did not specifically say that Xiaoling has only one past life. Hehe, here's the trick here. Remember Black Rain say the Xiaoling's version of the 3 Life Book (三世Book) is different from hers. This is due to the reincarnation of Linger can be to another Surname. See Jiantou. Doesn't mean Jiantou needs to be surnamed Kuang. So there may rebirth of Linger in Song as well.

If the vampire bit Yang Guo. When will he reincarnate from/to Jiantou? (Non-linearity). If Yang Guo is a vampire, what about Xiaolongnu? Why does Tianyou want Yang Guo from Song? If not for the disaster, Ling/You already lives happily ever after in PSG already. One vampire Xiaoling is already a headache, now we have another Yang Guo...hehe. I am not sure I want to see a mid 40s Yang Guo. Kenneth and Kristy are fine but who is the vampire? Remember the title is My Date with a Vampire oh~!

well time travel has its mysteries you know... something could've ruptured the time and space continium when MSL went to the past... Tian yat said that she should've died but since she's a pawn of fate somehow she survived.. Jian Tou(arrowhead) wasn't suppose to go to the future either but MSL made the impossible possible like always... and remember the Demon baby... Bern NG. and Pinky Chans kid was the reincarnation of San boon yat fu(whatever his name was) and did say at the end of part 2 that he was going to come back and told Tian Yau to wait for him. well since tian ai went to the past what if she got lost in some other time line(remember she doesn't have a good sense of direction) (future trunks going to the past, kills robo frieza, give goku antidote, return to future, gets killed by cell, cell travels to the past, anothe future trunks returns to the past) so since tian ai and siu ling both went to the past it should've cause some time of rupture through the space time continum making it possible for more then one of each character... yang guo=tian yau's before life before Fong Kwok Huo but after Jian Tou's death so Pungo had to make a replacement for Jian tou thus being yang guo.

and if you remember in part 2, kenneths character was a clone of san boon yat fu, and tian yau(the grandson that died on ep 2) instead of getting reborn he could've time travel with the help of simons character to the past.. since when he died, simon was there too...i dunno time traveling is confusing me now.

i have a question now.. did part 2 tell how tian yau(grandson)parents die? and you know what if tian yau(grandson) had a sibling or something(like in devil may cry 3)? you think that would be possible to fit in with the current story of MDWAV3? and about Kristy character, her love with kenneths character should stil be together since in the past she was still the virgin girl that was sacrifice, then was kenneths wife in japan, then his girlfriend in the future, and died? she should make a comeback? it'll be cool to see the old characters back, Angie, Kristy, Simon, Jian jong(forgot his name, siu longs first student that died after turning to a vamp)?And you think it would be cool of tian yau have different transformation like in part 2 but with the red eyes.. since when he was a lev2 gen vamp, he had 3 tranformation, eye color with fangs, white hair purple streaks, and then white hair red eyes.. part 3 red eyes with eyeliner.. so there should be another form for the ultimate vampires... since there in a different class of there own(super saiyan 4 goku)... they also should have different hair styles, looks, and power/abilites: like see stuff in slowmotion, time freeze, super speed(flash from smallville), super strenght, new powers, different types of elements, and have like weapons swords, bow, etc(zanpaktou like in anime Bleach which could also transform into different types of weapon with new power and abilities)... tian yau was a specialist in being fast so after a post transformation after red eyes, he should be able to copy people technique like nei lok(sharingan eyes from naruto) and only if the cgi people could do the graphics like in smallville, or matrix and stuff that'll be so cool...to see eric moving fast while everything is in slowmotion.. since there all super beings now they should be able to fly around the world and fight DBZ style like in part 2 but it shows them knocking each other around the world and stuff.

Most audience are already confused with the time stuff. It's best if the 'something' can be explained. Else they will say it's another confusing documentary. Mysteries are mysteries if they can't be explained. The info gathered for time in MDWAV world is:

1) Affects humans/vampires only (Renwang still remembers Tianya, despite Xiaoling, Tianyou forgets)
2) God-level people/artefacts not affected. (YGHD spaceship still lands despite Tianya disappears)
3) Using circular paradox / parallel universe (Multiverse) theories
4) Rebirth to any timeline (Should be problematic: how do you calculate for the karma?)

If there is any circular paradox, the repercussion source should occur when Xiaoling appear in Zuxian. But the whole incident is contained with the town... later all related people are destroyed, leaving Wulei and Bupo. Their survival planned, not by Fate, but by Pangu. You have to understand, Jiantou's usage is quite lame in <Hunting of Fate>. Initially, if not for Joey's injury during shooting, Jiantou should become a vampire (See the original story in ATV website). As a human, he is crap, how can he replace Tianyou? Maybe you need to fully understand <Hunting of Fate>. Try different perspectives. You will see it is not as simple as it seems.

As for Nino, he already returned. I guess you miss that as well. It is during the last fight, he and STFR appear to give Tianyou "energy" to destroy Nuwa. And encourage Tianyou to use love as arrow to stop the meteor.

After Jiantou died, meaning after 2004 incident or before? From III, Pangu always create something / someone just to catch Fate. If its before, why do they need to create Yang Guo? What is his role in the plan? If its after, what's the use of Yang Guo? Since Fate is already dead. Pangu never understand love. Often their miscalculations are due to love. Why should they create Yang Guo? Who vampirised Yang Guo? Renwang or VC? Why?

I am a fan of DBZ, BTTF as well. So time travel is not new to me. Just quote the concept name, is ok. The plate is a Space-Time Dimensional Portal device. Not a time related (reality) device. To affect time. Space is relatively affected. The universe expands indefinitely. To go back to the past, scientifically, the universe need to contract. This is impossible by the 2nd Law (See a few pages back) - negative entropy. So a dimension device via black hole travel is more effective. It is a dimension gate, rather than travelling across the continuum. If so, how can the time continuum be ruptured? Time continuum is affected when interactions is done to the people, thereby affecting the events in History {See Back to the Future II(BTTF)}. A portal doesn't affect anything...

It's better if you visualise a timeline of events rather than purely imagination.

Again, the real Tianyou. Why does he need to be in the picture? You missed out the part, he returns on Valentines Day 2000 at Jia Jia building. He already went with the elevator guy to rebirth. When did he meet Simon? It is apparent Uncle Qiu (in I & II) like to offer to look after the shelter. And he also said, he never heard of Tianyou having any nephew (Imposter Fusheng!). If Tianyou has any siblings, he most likely will arrange him/her to stay in Jia Jia too. Thus Tianyou's parents and all the siblings are dead or non-existant...

I have no problems with Kristy & Kenneth. They can make a comeback. But not Eric please. He has had his time in I~III. Time to give newbies a chance. Besides he's old already. If the plot is ok, the rest is just packaging, CGIs, stunts etc.

man wusaiboi i like the way you explain things... thats why its so fun to say stupid stuff so you can explain to me why they can't have it... very good explanation indeed.... by the way are they really planning on MDWAV 4? i remember reading somewhere that there might be another time travel or something and it takes place during the 3 kingdom... and did you know why the graphics on 3 was very sloppy, or the fight scenes weren't choregrapher as good as 1 and 2? the fight scene where Jian tao fought with yien nam bat huo on the building was the best fight scene since eric and kenneth actually fought and there was no matrix effect to make everything look stupid.

The 3 kingdoms is just a fake internet rumour make from the calender of ATV. The real IV perhaps is not even written yet. With the negative remarks of III, perhaps ATV has a better idea of the acceptance of HK ppl on scientific stuff. Sigh... you should read Baidu's comments... seriously disappointing.

3 should have better fighting scenes. Joey is injured as mentioned. And the centralised fight scenes with her and Jiantou Vampire is replaced by SDUs, I think. The matrix effects had been complained of. Quite surprising to hear a compliment amongst criticism. Perhap ATV wouldn't want to invest too much in the show too...

i was expecting a story about tin ai daughter of ma xiu ling and tin yao)

but it turned out to be a different story and alot boring..........
