Actually, I slept through the whole thing since it occurred in the middle of the night. My younger sister was the only one who felt it in our house and she thought she was dreaming. <IMG SRC="smilies/laugh2.gif" border="0">

Oh yeah, I read the posts in the RR thread and was kinda upset after reading them. I mean I have nothing against RR and I think he's a nice guy and all, but I find it hard to believe that anyone would consider RR better looking thatn BYJ! <IMG SRC="smilies/nono.gif" border="0">

I found it kinda romantic with their first "hug" in the water. Plus, he saved her from "drowning." Of course, she was not in that deep to really drown, but still. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

haha aren't you guys jealous of my avatar? <IMG SRC="smilies/evillaugh.gif" border="0"> I didn't know that I was qualified for a personal avatar and so I was trying to reach my 500 posts. (Which seems like a long way to go) I had a difficult time choosing which one but then my obsession for Bae Yong Joon ran wild and made the decision for me. The other two pics that I considered for avatar but ended up using this one.

How are we going to keep this thread active? I wouldn't mind discussing his series. Like "Hotelier" and "Winter Sonata". Why don't we list our favourite moments or lines here?
In "Hotelier", I rather liked the part when he took her to the church to tell her who he really was, she fell asleep and he rested her head against his shoulder. Then when she bought lingerie for that evil woman, he ran after her telling her that he did not want to see his woman being humiliated. Or when he was standing at the lighthouse and e-mailed her. He needed her to hold and comfort him.

One thing I disliked about Hotelier is the “love” b/w Dong Xian and Zhen Yin. I didn't feel like Zhen Yin love Dong Xian enough (this is just my opinion, OK! no flames please), I feel like he loved her more than she loved him! Beside that, my favorite scenes are:

* Dong Xian asked Zhen Yin to meet him @ the church, but she didn't show up. While driving back to the Hotel, he saw Zhen Yin & Tai Jun strolling happily together. He stopped his car before them, got out of the car . . . and talked to her! I liked this scene, he's cool!

* At the bar, Zhen Yin and Tai Jun about to exit when she saw Dong Xian entered, he didn't look at her <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> and walked pass her, you guys notice that this scene is in slow motion ... <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I have other favorites too . . . but as time goes by, it dies out!

Winter Sonata

* The sceneries . . . breathtaking!

* Joon Sang and Yu Jin riding bicycle around the woods – the way she spread out her hands and he looked up @ the sky and smiled. So fake yet so nice!

* They had their first date . . . and first kiss!

* He found a pair of pink gloves that Yu Jin let him borrowed 10 years ago . . . he returned them to her. The way he smiles w/ tears in his eyes . . . *so sweet* <IMG SRC="smilies/inlove.gif" border="0">

That scene was one of best scene, the way be broke down and cried after throwing those accessories into the sea. It was so good <IMG SRC="smilies/bawling.gif" border="0">

heh heh... I wasn't neglecting this thread, it's just that everytime I'm on, the thread is already on top so I thought I should wait till it's lower.. And I was also trying to come up with some fav scenes from Winter Sonata but I can't come up with any apart from the ones I've already mentioned. I have a question.. Was there a reason Dong Xian went to Zhen Yin empty handed? Like.. why does he have to be empty handed? I know it's sweet but was it necessary? It's like ZY won't marry him if he's still have everything..

lil_bubble, I don't consider Dong Xian empty handed. I mean he used up all his money to buy the shares of the hotel, so technically, if he sells those shares, he'll still have money. He just have to wait awhile to sell them. I'm sure that since the hotel is doing so well by the end of the series, he'll be loaded <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
I guess he was empty handed in terms of monetary values, but he still has assets (the shares). <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
