No I mean if you're a professional badminton player you can't move a lot. Look at the Olympics they get tired because they played for a long time like for hours. If you're a professional badminton player you just move your wrists and if you need to move your feet. I played with my friends and I was so tired because I ran over this court and yeah while she just hits and aims in the direction she wants without getting tired like me.Originally Posted by dgfds01

What are you talking about?? That's utter nonsense.Originally Posted by Sunlight_zero36

Umm, in most sports people get tired when they give their all. Whether it's in the Olympics or not. What's your point?Look at the Olympics they get tired because they played for a long time like for hours.
Btw, you just contradicted yourself - how can badminton be tiring and relaxing at the same time?
That made no sense whatsoever. If you're a professional badminton player you just move your wrists and if you need to move your feet.
And any good coach will tell you simply relying on your wrist will lead to injuries.
That's because she's a far better player.I played with my friends and I was so tired because I ran over this court and yeah while she just hits and aims in the direction she wants without getting tired like me.
So tell me, how can you say it's a relaxing game and then talk about how professionals and you yourself get tired?
My GOSH !!! Ok I'm not going to argue on what I think anymore or else it will drag on and plusit's IMO. And plus you use your wrists to twist?? So you can actually hit it? My friend was better than me in that game so yeah . But anyways... sorry don't mean to put up the whole act .Originally Posted by dgfds01

Badminton is too easy. I've never played it before but the first game that I played, I actually won. Doesn't really give you as much exercise as tennis but it's pretty fun. Anyone can play it.
