and what does OYF use? palms and qi
in his manual of the 9 swords, it clearly has the palm-defeatin stance and the qi-defeating stance

You can "arguably" say he's the strongest of all time...but that's because he never made an appearance and we can only assume how strong he really is. But chances are, he'd get his head tapped by Sweeper. It's difficult to imagine DGQB can accomplish what Sweeper did in DGSD. In addition, there's a quote from Jin Yong that DGQB would be happy to see Mr. Ren, which has started to put doubts in the minds of a few regarding how strong DGQB really is.

demi god semi devil, and LHC and YG werent invincible cause of the dogu 9 swords. they were invincible cause they were the main character. so even if LHC or YG didnt learn the 9 sword, they woulda still be invincible causse jin yong woulda made something up and hav them learn it

but anyhow, the DG 9 swords covered all the stances ever created, so unless their Qi was extremely LOW, then they woulda been owned

Neither Ling Hu Chong nor Yang Gor were clear cut best fighters in their time. So I wouldn't consider them invincible. But Sweeper was much stronger than anyone in DGSD(Demi Gods Semi Devils) by a long shot. He humbled both MRB and XYS, who in my opinion or both stronger than Yang Gor and especially Ling Hu Chong, without breaking a sweat.

Yang Guo didn't learn Dugu Jiu Jian.
He learnt the Heavy Iron Sword technique didn't he?

u can always substitude it with a stick or a branch or anything that looks remotely like a sword
