"True" fans of the comic will come to the realization and disappointment of it all when they see this movie. Sorry to all the people who love it but:

PROBLEMS SEEN BY AN OLD SCHOOLER:

It is as if whoever directed the movie was just trying to put anybody in the movie and make them a mutant without credibility just to "have a lot of mutants in the movie".

More name brand recognizable bad mutants should have been there such as the Blob, Avalance, Psylock (good/bad), The Hellfire Club,

Rogue (no factor?), Cyclops (no factor?),

Colossus and The Iceman (Only showing a couple of seconds in their steel and ice forms ??? You may as well not even show it!!!!),

Phoenix ??? They could have at least given her a little psionic phoenix fire,,, If they can get the torch and Ghost Rider right they should have been able to give her a couple of spots in her "full Phoenix Glory"

Phoenix following Magneto in the first place??? He doesn't have the mind control to have her follow him like some of the others have done in the comics ,, she would have obliterated him from the start

Phoenix killing Scott??? They were always known to have a psychic connection, In the comics she may have hurt him but her inner mind would not let her kill him that easily

No battle between Juggernaut and Colossus ???, Take away the 30 second fight with wolverine and all Juggernaut does is run through some walls???

Killing off Professor X/Jean/Cyclops and Magneto's power so early in the series (regardless of the hints they give you indicating a part 4),

The Angel was a waste of time on the screen

The Beast was too serious instead of hiding his sorrow behind humor/jokes/amusement like originally in the comics

They should have kept Mystique, Wolverine can't be in his old "beserker rage" mode of trying to "slash" everybody in battle yet talks methodical and loving throughout the movie.

It doesn't take a lot to stay true to the comics a little, Come on Stan Lee (Seeing how close a movie relates to the comic is what people want to see , you got some influence here) "THE SPIDERMAN MOVIES" showed that you can stay extremely close to the comics and get it right and everyone will appreciate it !!!!!
Come on !!!!!!

Personally, The Ghost Rider Movie I saw on the previews seems to be a lot truer to the comic from what I saw -- It looked marvelous

No that is not what I meant as I have stated that the only way to stop Juggernaut is to kill Cyttorak, so therefore, Juggernaut will cease to exist if Cyttorak dies. But you cannot directly kill Juggernaut if Cyttorak remains alive. Get it?

Let's say it is the case that the source is cut, then it will be that Cain Marko is now vulnerable to be killed but not Juggernaut. There is a seperation between the two, the host (Cain) and the mystic Force (Juggernaut). My statement is Juggernaut can't be killed, directly that is.

I think Killing Juggernaut is easy, just paid alots of money to the comic writers and they can make up any BS to end Juggernaut's life.

I think someone did pay the writers off haha. How else can you explain the Onslaught/Juggernaut episode, it has so many inconsistancies. Even now, Juggernaut is so water-down it is embarrassing.

I do see why the writers would do this since they want to feature their characters to be all powerful and who else to pick on than the unstoppable Juggernaut. But it's cool, I still enjoy the comics regardless as long as they dont go out of hand.

Juggernaut isnt really my favorite, he's just my favorite villain. My favorite marvel character is Spider-Man and I think the writers needs to give him an upgrade like in the movies where he can shoot web on his own. That was the only thing lacking that I have complain all my life about. And his spidersense should work 100% against anyone. Now that would rock.

It is true that Juggy is currently at his weakest mode. If we were to try and make sense of why Juggy varies in power one can deduce that Cyttorak decides how much power to give Juggy, which means he isn't perticularly happy with Cain right now.

Some calculated:

Current Juggernaut = 10-30%
Classic Juggernaut = 50%
8th day Juggernaut =70%
Trion Juggernaut = 100% (since Cyttorak himself is the Juggernaut)


Regarding Trion Juggernaut vs War Hulk, I suggest you do a google search on this debate and you'll get a better idea on a variety of opinions.

In my opinion, Trion Juggernaut would stomp War Hulk. 8th day and War Hulk would be a good fight though.

You listed mostly Omega level mutants, so all of them are mad powerful at their peak. I won't comment on Scarlett witch because I haven't read all of House of M yet. But none of them (with the exception of maybe Scarlett Witch) have claimed Celestial level power.

FR is so powerful, he goes beyond even omega level mutants, only Jean grey (and her alternates including daughters) surpass that level.

well Moira MacTaggert, Proteus mom claimed that Nate Grey's potential is dark pheonix level. it's kinda stupid i think to make a mutant that powerful cos FR's parents aren't that powerful. i could understand that a offspring of Magneto and a powerful psionic like Jean grey would produce a powerful mutant but not a cosmic level one.

Did you like the new spider-man custom that was given be Iron Man. I think it looks better then spider-man's old custom since the Black Suit. He can now do more then ever in his new suit, even swim under water...etc; its like the mixing the black suit with his old red siut.

i don't know if this has been posted already, but i just saw this on the news. the next x-men movie....isn't an x-men movie. it's a movie solely about wolverine, starring hugh jackman again. i don't know if any other actors from the x-men movies are going to be in it.

I wonder if the movie turned out this way because of contractual disagreements with the actors.

Cyclops, Xavier, Jean being removed from the movie might make way for alternative actors to portray them, ie Xavier coming back with a new body, Cyclops being 'reassembled', Jean being resurrected.

I heard about Hale Berry agreeing to come back only if Storm gets more screentime, so maybe they decided to axe Cyclops to make way for Storm.

Also the mutant cure seems temporary, so perhaps Mystique and Magneto can conveniently make a comeback if the need arises.

That costum looks cool but I really dont like superheroes that relies on technology. I guess thats why I never like Batman. I think since Spidey is a mutant, he should evolve as how some mutants have evolve and gotten stronger.

Here are the things I wish Spidey will gain in evolution:

- shooting his own web like in the movie.
- 100% working spidersense that can detect things at a larger scale as well as earlier warning.
- higher strength level. Spidey does demonstrate higher strength when his adrenaline is there but I want it to be normal.
- increase in speed, reflex, and agility where Spiderman will be famous for being the Untouchable Spider-Man (when combine with spidersense will allow him to dodge any attacks)
- increase in durability. he has good durability already but maybe a little higher would be nice.
- ability to leap over buildings. I always think spiders can leap well, so Spider-man although jumps pretty high but I think he should be able to leap on to the roof of tall builders.
- Almost indestructable webbing when large amount is used. Yea, I think spider-man's web should be extremely strong to the point it would trap almost any one on the planet with it. Only way someone can get out of is when it deteriorate or if only a small about of web was used, if Spider man use a huge load of web to incase someone in like a cacoon, it will be impossible to escape it unless you have class 100 strength or above, even then it will hold them in for a while before they break through.

That would be my dream Spider-man. Too bad it will only be a dream.

Your wrong about this issue. Have you even seen this issue?? my gueses is no, i have this comic, the artist use computer painting for both the cover and the inside. But some time your right, the covers looks cool but the inside is not. It's all depand on who the artist is; but in this new issue it has all the same graphic and great art.

For some reason i always like Cyclops in the x-men comic. I guess his way of thinking and judgement are the best part of his charaters as the leader of the x-men Blue team. I also i like his powerful optic blasts beams, and plus his brother and father all has their own things going on.
