Whoa, Reese and Ryan separated? They've been married for almost a decade, or at least known each other for that long and has children together. I hope they come patch things up.

not just separation... divorce papers have been filed... Reese wants sole custody of the children, Ryan has no spousal support but will have visitation rights (according to my gossiper anyway

I'm glad that the divorce happened. I had never expected it to last anyway. She should have gotten rid of him much earlier though. @.@;

Britney had stamps stuck to her eyes since I simply don't know what she sees in the guy --- he's obviously a jerk and loser. First she had to fund his dumb singing career and now he's demanding alimony. OMG. How low, cheap and spineless can a guy go. He's like a gigolo! @.@;

Anyway I hope no more celebrities will fall for him again. I mean, what's so great about him.

yup - i was shocked about Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe's separation as well....darn sad coz they're the most perfect couple. both of them are brilliant actor n actress...their family seemed so secure n stable...i wondered wat happened?

It's the curse of the Academy Awards Best Actress winners.

It could be the lack of quality time spent together as well as communication given their busy careers. Rumor also has it that Ryan cheated. I've never considered him to be that good of an actor and there's obvious imbalance between the success of their acting careers which may also have contributed to their marital discord.

Well, this was kind of expected...first of all, it's a celeb marriage, second of all, it's Britney Spears.

I AM shocked about Reese and Ryan...I've become a Reese Witherspoon fan since seeing her in WALK THE LINE. And they looked so happy together at the Academy Awards! I can't believe they're splitting. It's been more than 7 years. And they seemed like they were going to be the only Hollywood marriage that would work out. I kind of wonder what happened, but I guess that's their business.

well what's so great about britney? she's just another human... and she does what all other girls wanna do. married a guy with the "bad boy" image... alot of time people think that famous people are different, but really, besides having tons of money, they are just like us. and in some ways they're lacking some of the things we have in their developing stage as a human being.... all and all it was her choice... and she's responsible for most of it.

True that she's just another human girl. I didn't really think she's that great but I simply feel bad for her (and any other girls) who falls for something like K-Fed.

Well, they're still very young so they might get used to having no dad.

Although I think they could have a stepdad soon... in a few years' time.
