Chow Bak Tung is absolutely cool, but I don't know if that'll help him win this fight.

"Coolness" doesn't win fights, after all.

I can't believe Zhang Wuji is winning this one. It wouldn't have been possible 4 years ago.

Yeah, I think that people are starting to get over the whole "wishy washy"/"can't pick his favorite girl" hang up and look at him as a fighter more objectively now. There was a time when I too thought his skills were not good enough to compete with the likes of Gwok Jing or Yeung Gor, but after having learned some more about how the 9 Yeung Jen Ging, Keen Kwun Dai Loi Yee, and Tai Chi work, I am no longer absolutely convinced that either Gwok Jing or Yeung Gor would absolutely win over Cheung Mo Gei. He's done some things that I don't think either Gwok Jing or Yeung Gor ever did.

Heck, I'm not even sure if Cheung Mo Gei would necessarily lose to Kiu Fung anymore. Four years ago, I would have believed that Kiu Fung would smoke him within five minutes. Now, I'd say it'd be a fierce fight with an uncertain outcome.

It would certainly be an interesting fight. I think Zhang Wuji is at least as good of a defensive fighter as Xiao Feng is as an offensive fighter. Yeah, everyone talks about how Xiao Feng has the killer instinct and the fighting spirit. But the most passive of animals, when defending their young, become the fiercest of fighters.

It's about the motivation. When animals are fighting for their life or that of their offsprings (if it is so inclined) obviously they give it their all and sometimes are able to ward of predators which are just looking for a meal. But usually, the predator comes out tops (it is just the way nature works).

A peaceful crane can often overcome an aggressive snake. It's not always about "killer instinct".

I'd say XYS is the strongest in this group.
