It has been confirmed. Liu Yi Fei will star in the new movie opposite of Jet Li & Jackie Chan. Liu Yi Fei and Li Bing Bing met with the producer of film. Liu Yi Fei will play the female lead role. Li Bing Bing will also get a major role as well.

This isnt a clear picture of Liu Yi Fei but it's definitely her. This was taken when she was spotted to have some sort of meeting with the producer.

成龙与李连杰首次合作的影片《功夫之王》(原名《双J计划》)即将于5月开机，记者今晨证实，刘亦菲和李冰 冰受到导演罗伯·米恩克夫的赏识，将分别饰演“金燕子”和“白发魔女”两个角色。

《功夫之王》是李连杰和成龙联手打造的首部好莱坞功夫大片，金燕子是电影中唯一的女主角，她和迈克尔·安格 拉诺饰演的美国男孩一起贯穿全剧始终，需要会武功、会讲英语。而白发魔女作为配角，只有三场戏，不过每场戏 都比较长，戏份也较重。

据悉，刘亦菲为了能够得到这部戏的角色，做了很充分的准备，春节之前就飞往美国学习语言、功夫和乐器。近日 ，刘亦菲从美国飞回北京，即将第二次约见导演。如果没有意外，这次约见之后，刘亦菲便将进组学 习功夫。

While he's time traveling, he met with the 'golden sparrow'(yifei), together, they went on a journey to find and save the monkey king, as well as the killer of golden sparrow's father, the 'White hair demonic woman'.

This is the first time for Jackie and Jet Li to work together, and it will start film by May. Today, reporter confirmed that Liu Yi Fei (XDXD!!) and Li Bing Bing are accepted by director 'Robert Mi-En-Ke-Fu'(I don't know him, so I am direct translating his name, SORRY!!), and will be playing the role of 'golden sparrow' and 'white hair demonic woman'.

Golden Sparrow will be the only lead actress in the movie, she will be seen throughout the movie, with the american boy(I don't know how to translate the name of the guy who will be playing this role). Golden sparrow needs to know martial art, and knows how to speak english. The white hair demonic woman will be having only 3 scenes, but all three scenes are fairly long, so her role are quite heavy too.

well lets hope she doesnt only look good but can fight well too. i dont wanna see her dancing around throwing ribbons everywhere without an actual fighting.... and because im a huge fan of Jet Li (which would mean this is a must see movie), i'll then have to see LYF too, since she's gonna be on screen to the end....but what the hell, right. she's a good sight to look at, if i can sit thru ROCh06, then a less than 2h film wouldnt be any problem
