Anyone know Nivea? She has a good voice. She did remixes of Akon's "I Wanna Love You" and "Don't Matter".

    Best voices?

    Female:
Mariah Carey (Great control, Strong, her whistle register is the best there is -yes better than Christinas'-)
Lauryn Hill (Killer vocals, Unique voice, great rhythm)
Toni Braxton (Love her, or hate her, never in between)
Aaliyah (Her voice is like silk fabric)
    Sade (listen to "smooth operator")
Erykah Badu (In the line of Sade)

    Male:
Brian Mcknight (powerful voice, musically gifted)
Micheal Jackson (pre child-molestation this man was god.)
Smokey Robinson (R&B should be RsB for Robinson's B****, classic R&B)
Luther Vandross (a legend in his own right)
Craig David (This man never runs out of breathe, has the smoothest vocals i've ever had the pleasure of hearing and is amazing live! he's British though)
Stevie Wonder (Can't talk about R&B without mentioning the Wonder Boy)\
Boyz II Men (great harmony, songs are timeless love classics)
    Babyface (great songwriter and musician)
    Sanjaya ...

Those are my preferance for R&B. But if you are more into Pop R&B then ... 112, Usher, Jagged Edge, Chris Brown, Akon, Rihanna, R.Kelly, TLC, Faith Evans, Mary J. Blige, Dru Hill, Sisqo(was formerly of Dru Hill), Joe (love this guy song and his voice but not enough to be one of the top R&B Artists), Christina Aguilera (she has an extremely powerful voice, But her chest voice is a bit too rough for me to stand), Soul 4 Real, the *NEW* Gwen Stefani, Justin Timberlake and many more....

Oh.. and if you want to check out some great Asian R&B - Soul artistes... check out Toshinobu Kubota, Utada Hikaru, Wheesung, Sunmin and Jay Chou (Not a great voice but a great songwriter and a pioneer to boot)
