Number three was a total mess. Although I did not participate, I just wasn't feeling it. When it's too JY or GL based, things will run rampant.
I like the suggestions that EXTREMER88 mentioned about post counts.
Also, I agree with SINGLE_WHIP's comment. RPG 2 was quite epic but it had its ups and downs. Adding on to what S_W has already said, I figure that RPG 4 could still be as grand and epic as 2, but with one or three intertwining/related subplots.
I think there should be some sort of progression storywise...kind of like in plays where you go from ACT 1 to ACT X. At the beginning of each act, we can summarzie the events that happened in the previous act. That way, if new characters are being introduced, one can go back and summarize the events.
Some collaboration would be nice too and I would highly encourage that. Most importantly, people have to realize that not all their characters can be the MAIN HERO/HEROINE. there's a role to be played. if we had 20 Yang Guo/Guo Jing-type characters, it'd be boring. they'd just blast everyone into smithereens.
Well, that's just my two abe lincolns . . .
