going to side track abit... are there any quotes in Legend of the Condor Heroes that mention anything on YD when he healed HR with his YYZ and XTG? Anything like the process would have affected him negatively?

It uses up all his internal energy and it would take 5 years to recover it (without 9 Yin).

Indeed, There are several quotes that YD will loose his internal energy greatly and will be needed five years to recover/reacquire his full strength. though after he heard from Nine Yin Manual from GJ he said he will be needed only three months to catch up his previous level.

Fast Learners win. HYS and LCY will be crushed by the DGSD Elites. GWM will be defeated either by HS or ZSF. 3 Elites against HS and ZSF will result in victory for the Elites.

On the other hand I think HYS is the weakest compared to those listed fast learners.
