    i personally find this really weird. I've never looked up any of these things, although i admit that there's a section on Federer's website that's called "ask federer" or something, but i've never looked at that section.

    i just think it's incredibly weird to send emails to them... the closest i've come into contact with 'famous' people is through politicians and they're not that famous.

    yeah, their agents do the replying. i sent one email (when i was in school...lol kids ) requesting for a signed postcard. no, the reply doesnt indicate that the agents doing it. anyway the postcard came a week later, but, well, being kids we can never really wait that long, can we? after 3days i emailed him back asking if it's coming and the reply came in from the agent (same email only he/she admits theyre paid to reply these emails ) saying it's under way.....

    i remember when i was younger..i went on this website that has the mailing address to practically every western celebs you can come up with..like britney spears, christina aguileria, aaron carter..HAHA. don't know if it was reliable though =S

The biggest difference between sending politicians emails and sending celebrities emails, apart from the fact that you probably have a good reason in the former, is that politicians openly admit to having a secretary handle them while cebrities try to give off the impression they do it all themselves.

    i bet half of them couldn't formulate an english response, so if you do send an email, better hope it's in chinese.
