Although we've never seen Zhang Sanfeng do it,
in A Deadly Secret, it was mentioned/shown that Taiji can dissipate stronger forces.

Well, that's a fundamental philosophy of these energy-conservation arts: you let your opponent waste a lot of strength, while you don't spend much, so you outlast them.

That's possible, but in that case Sad Palms would win due to its unpredictable stances, not its aggressive internal energy. Aggressive internal energies will almost certain lose to energy-conservation arts.

probably not gonna work if it could then MRF would have used star shifting. Now you can argue that ZWJ or Z3f had much deeper internal than him but it doesn't matter since DY had more than 2 x their internal. For an fighter to use taiji it would maybe work if he had more much internal.

Kongming can't really counter 6msj ZBT or GJ would get killed if they dared to mess with DY

Meh. Not everybody is sold on the "invincibility" of Sad Palms. It was a powerful technique, to be sure, but better than the best of the other Greats?

I'd like to see Taiji/Kongming vs 6MSJ.

6MSJ is on a whole new height than Taiji or Vacant Fist.
I think it is just too fantastic to be countered by those.

One good way to counter 6MSJ would be superior lightness kung fu.
Ironically, Duan Yu has both.
But I think Dongfang Bubai might be equipped to counter 6MSJ (assuming the practitioner of 6MSJ didn't know Treading Waves Light Steps).
