Nicholas Tse is better suited for roles such as Yeung Hong or Yeung Gor. He's got that "bad boy" image that is needed for Yeung Hong or Yeung Gor. For Gwok Jing, you need an actor with a more wholesome image.

And after all, Nicholas' father Patrick Tse did play Yeung Teet Sum in LOCH '82 (as well as Yeung Gor during the 1960s).
