Xie Xun definitely, living on the island blind and alone for years, and knowing he was hated by most of the Wulin, he must have missed Wuji more. Whereas Zhang Sanfeng felt bad about Wuji, but he was doing OK himself and didn't *need* Wuji the way XX did.

Zhang Sanfeng. Xie Xun learned that Zhang Wuji was dead not long before he learned that Zhang Wuji wasn't dead after all, and during that short period he met this nice chivalrous young man whom he liked so much that he volunteered the dragon sabre to him. Zhang Sanfeng had 10 years to regret not being able to save Zhang Cuishan, and for the last few of those years he also had to regret the death of Zhang Wuji down that gorge. Xie Xun's grief was shocking, but shortlived, but Zhang Sanfeng had years in which to ponder the loss of Zhang Cuishan and Zhang Wuji.
