Slim body, big head.... how to change it?

Why don't you try to bulk up [not fat] in order for the body to look more proportionate?

Yeah! ByTme is so smart. Instead of being a skinny guy, get some muscles and lean body so your head and body evens out. Being too skinny just makes your head and ears pop out and stand out more.

Is the "big head, slim body" perception affecting your life in drastic manner?
Is there no way that you could live with having a "big head, slim body"?

If your answers to the above are "no", then you shouldn't be fretting so much about it. Be thankful that you have a functioning head that is attached to a functioning body. You'd be surprised by the number of (large-r) people who would want a slim(mer) body like yours.

HYS's advice is actually the best advice for this case because you can't do much about it other than bulking your body up (which you seem reluctant to do so).

Weight lost is different. You can actually do something about it. The thing that cause the fatness is the fat. Fat can be reduce through many ways. What can one do to reduce head size? Head size are determined by the skull size, right?

Or you want to try botox? Botox injection at the jaw part can make your face look more oval.

Well, my face used to be small, now it's bigger. Sometimes (but not always) after I exercise greatly, I notice my face got smaller. This means it IS modifiable, and I'm trying to find the modifier.

I suspect there's something simpler. Maybe the remedy for weight loss applies: eat less, exercise more. As one loses weight all over the body, he should lose weight in the face also. But as I mentioned, that doesn't always happen. So perhaps the real modifier is hidden.

the title says it all. My body is pretty slim, but I have a big head/face that is kinda disproportional with my body. I want to shrink down the head/face so that it matches my body. Recently I started eating less and lost some weight on my tummy, but the big head/face remains unchanged

How can I target the face area for weight loss?

In most case, it's better to live with what you have than try to change it. I think HuangYushi's advice is the best alternative. But then again, is a muscular body better/healthier than a slim body?
My advice to you is if you are healthy with your slim body, then better to keep it that way. It's ok for being imperfect.

I also agree that HuangYushi's advice is the best and most rational. Exercise more for a "bigger" body.
