I guess that 'Story of a wolf girl' would make sense, but I prefer Tong Hua's official translation, 'A Song in the Desert' (as shown on the new edition of Da Mo Yao).

Agreed! Although personally I prefer "ballad" instead of "song". Maybe she changed it to "song in the desert" to match with "song in the clouds" (Yun Zhong Ge), which makes sense since the stories are part of a trilogy...

Don't worry xiaolong, we'll warm up to EP. I think he's quite adorable. He have such a friendly and boyish face, hopefully he can carry the stearn face of HQB.

That actress is very pretty, image fits Li Yan perfectly. However, EP, still doesn't fit the role HBQ. HBQ is suppose to be very manly and charismatic. The image and the chrisma EP showed during the promo, is just a pretty boy. He is going to have many angry fans if he doesn't do the role HBQ justice. Honestly, I don't expect fantastic job from EP for this role, I just hope that he doesn't ruin the character.

Putting aside the outfit and hairstyle (I'm myself not sure about this at all), I can say pretty confidently that Eddie can pull off the strong, manly and charismatic HQB. Of course, his potray of HQB won't satisfy all DMY fans but he definitely won't ruin it . I agree with what the director said about casting EP for the role. Both HQB and EP have this "sunny boy" image, always full of live and when they are quiet, there must be something wrong.
