In the month of October, the three leads have been top Three so many times. The drama has been rating for the last 4 episode also doubled! And it is usually top Three on Qiy and sohu. hehe it is actually # 2 on qiy and #1 on sohu right now.

Hi everyone, my first posting in this forum. Created acc mainly because I love "Sound of the Desert' and fall in love with Eddie Peng hahaha. He's so awesome as General Huo Qu Bing/Wei Wuji. All his scenes from beginning til ep20 so perfect and never once feel bored. Love his chemistry with Liu ShiShi. I read the english novel trans by miss koala (so thankful for her, for translating Da Mo Yao).

Hi I am also new in this forum. I have become a big fan of Eddie Peng because of this series, too. He plays this role really well. I love WJ protective as well as his childish and sweet character towards SY. The two have the most amazing on screen chemistry I have ever seen. Hopefully Eddie and SS have another chance to work together again in the future.

Is Hong Go (??) on the popularity list? I've seen some of HG movies and she can ACT. Too bad she either landed on non-leading role or movies with mediocre plot.
BTW, I really love the split second Shi Shi runs and hide as soon as she hears HBQ and the maid coming in. Her facial expression is classic.

Kristal is base in HK, she won best actress for TVB last year. I like her as an actress, popularity wise I am not sure, I think people don't like her in HK maybe because her husband is Chapman To, I am not to familiar with celebs gossip nowadays so don't quote me on that. If you want to see more of Kristal you have to watch TVB series, which I am very selective towards nowadays.

There so many scene left to anticipate!
This probably sound super cheesy, but I haven't been a shipper since Niki Chow and Raymond Wong in bottle passion, ever scene of EP and LSS are never boring! Just like Tung Bun SIn and Tsui Sum,
It is not likely that these two will pair up again, so I will just have to embrace this series, it will be a long time til I find another like-able onscreen couple! Oh wait - I am waiting for Hu Ge and Liu Tao to pair up- so looking forward to that! Another match made in TV land! wooot

I got those pics of my friends on weibo, they are also on hunantv website, the rating are really good, they are usully top 3. Right now red shorgum is beating by a landslide, possible because people looked forward to see zhou xun back on the small screen, or it can be related to the sex scene they have splatter all over almost every chinese streaming site lol.
