I had mixed feelings about the article. I had my speculation when he wasn't with the group at the ceremony, and of course mentioned earlier in the thread that he may be leaving Tangren. If there's any truth to the article, it appears he may be following in his "other" brother's footstep Yuan Hong.

The difference was that, Yuan Hong was with Tangren for a very long time-not promoted, and were given not so good roles (he had to fight for the roles of Yelu Xie and Yang Kang) throughout all those years before he finally decided to leave; while Lin Gengxin have only been with Tangren for a year and his first debut role was not a small one either. And he's gotten really popular after that one role, enough for Ruby to sought him out for her produced drama, and now being in a movie with the big leagues.

While I understand him (because of what YH went through), I think he may be expecting too much too soon. If he think Tangren was not focused in picking "good roles" for him or their artists...at the moment I agree. If he think their only focus was on LSS, I also agree...but mind you, LSS have been with Tangren for like 6-7 years? And wasn't heavily promoted until last year and the only reason was because of BBJX.
