The guy is Eric Wan Tin Chiu (尹天照). Surely you guys have seen the My Date with a Vampire series? That's pretty famous even for ATV. Eric Wan was the protagonist/vampire Fong Tin Yau, who fell in love with ghostbuster Ma Siu Ling (Joey Meng).

Of course, I know who Eric Wan Tin Chiu is. You guys were just talking of Lo Chung Wah and I thought you had found his picture. But really, from the profile of his picture here, he looks like Roger Kwok. I haven't seen him in many ancient period dramas aside from Swordman and Mystical Needle, White Crane err...my memory is failing me how that series is called.
