About Void Translations: https://voidtranslations.wordpress.com
Well tbh, even though I am using a fancy name, I am just one man doing machine translation of one of my favourite web novels and posting it with heavy editing. In each and every chapter release, I try my utmost best to deliver the best possible translation (inaccuracies excepted) that is possible with my meagre abilities and the help of some amazing online tools. I know that it can be vastly inferior and downright misleading at times, but I still persist in it because I believe that this way, I would be able to make people recognize it's value which in turn theoretically will attract real translators to this project (at which point I would readily give over this web novel).
For those interested in what method exactly I use in MTLing, I would refer them to my About Me page.
Some might say this means I am not truly dedicated and working this like a teaser project. I would respectfully disagree with them, because I intend to keep this project going for a long time even if no help arrives.
Chapter Status/Speed:
I have already put out thirteen chapters on my website (Can access the ToC here). I would warn the readers though that the story has a slow pacing so not many people would get hooked at this point. I haven't read the whole thing myself. Things are developing slowly. I try to release one chapter a day atleast. Seeing as the chapters themselves are not that long, it's the least I can do.
Conclusion:
I don't think I can say much else, but if you are on the fence due to this being a MTL instead of a manual translation, I would indeed recommend atleast trying it out, if not for the quality, then at least the story's sake. I would always appreciate feedback positive as well as negative (even more so), which would help me put out better releases that would help everyone.
